During our business trip to Istanbul we were invited to this stylish restaurant by some friends on the opening date. We were provided with excellent service and fantastic cuisine. As being a small group of friends we found the opportunity to try different dishes from the famous ottoman kitchen. They were all delicious and unusual. Located in the heart of Sultanahmet and beside the Hagia Sophia Cathedral, this is a fantastic restaurant with magnificent views and authentic atmosphere. We were surprised with the quality of the food and professional service. As far as we know there are only 2 restaurants serving Ottoman palace cuisine in Istanbul and this place is a perfect venue to experience the real Turkish food.

We found your restaurant by chance after our visit to Hagia Sophia Museum. The location is perfect and the view overlooking the historical building beside the garden is impressive. So is your cuisine. We have tasted unusual and delicious dishes reflecting the Ottoman palace cuisine. Thank you for a fantastic evening.
